Pan Fried Paneer Chili:
Ingredients:
250g paneer, cut into cubes
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
2 green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Spring onions, chopped for garnishing
Instructions:
In a bowl, add corn flour and paneer cubes. Toss until paneer cubes are coated well.
In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add paneer cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and keep it aside.
In the same pan, add sliced onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Saute for a few minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Add sliced bell peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender.
Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Add fried paneer cubes to the pan and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is coated well with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
